INGREDIENTS
- Eggplant
- 2 pieces Red Chilli
- 1 tablespoon Tauchiu [Fermented Soy Beans]
- 100 grams Minced Chicken
- 4 Garlic
- 3 Shallots
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Black Vinegar
- A dash of Sugar
METHOD
- Deep fry terung [eggplant] in hot oil
- Saute minced Chilli, garlic & shallots
- Add tauchiu & continue to saute
- Add minced chicken
- Add terung [eggplant]
- Season with oyster sauce, vinegar & sugar.
