Try this quick and easy vegetarian recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ Green cabbage
- 1 Thai Red chilli
- 1 large Avocado
- 5 Red radishes
- ½ small Red onion
- 1 juicy Lime
- Sea salt (to taste)
- ¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 small bunch of Cilantro
METHOD
- Shred cabbage by hand or with food processor
- Cube avocado, mince Chilli
- Slice radishes and red onion thinly
- Combine all vegetables in a bowl
- Dress with lime juice and season with sea salt
- Taste and adjust. Slaw should be very punchy in flavour
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta [cheese and cilantro]
NOTE:
serve with grilled meat, or in a breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs and salsa
