INGREDIENTS
- 2 bunches dutch Carrots
- 6 large Leeks
- 8 sheets Paper bark,
- Salt, Pepper
- 1 Lemon
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
- Salt, Pepper
METHOD
- Season carrots with salt, pepper, oil and coriander seeds, Wrap the in paper bark and cook on the bbq for 20 minutes.
- Burn the Leeks on the bbq for 5 mins leave to cool, remover the outer skin, slice and serve with the carrots.
- Mix olive oil and lemon and season the vegetables.
