Burnt Leeks and Carrots in Paper Bark


Dig into this quick and easy BBQ recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bunches dutch Carrots
  • 6 large Leeks
  • 8 sheets Paper bark,
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • Salt, Pepper


METHOD

  1. Season carrots with salt, pepper, oil and coriander seeds, Wrap the in paper bark and cook on the bbq for 20 minutes.
  2. Burn the Leeks on the bbq for 5 mins leave to cool, remover the outer skin, slice and serve with the carrots.
  3. Mix olive oil and lemon and season the vegetables.
